Don't let anyone say that you can't Following on from last week's blog which focused on how to be less judgemental, I'm going to have a little rant this week as it's still very much along those lines. Apologies in advance as I am going to focus on one specific area but I'm pretty certain we will all have experienced some kind of prejudice during our lives. For some unknown reason, it's become perfectly acceptable in the western world to write people off when they reach a certain age and, in particular I'm sorry to say, this mainly applies to women. Women become 'veterans' at age 35 in running categories and are also classed as 'geriatric mothers' when having a baby at this age. How insulting!
